Mô tả công việc

RECRUITMENT (50%)

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with company&039;s regulations and procedures, from posting job openings to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future staffing requirements.
Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain up- to- date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Source, identify, and engage with talents through various channels, including direct scouting, job postings, social media, web sourcing, talent mapping, employee referral...
Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions ...
Actively participate in Employer Branding (EB) activities to enhance the company&039;s reputation as an employer of choice

OTHER TASKS (50%)

Legal compliance related to labor management
HR policy/procedure
Coordinate with HR leader/Manger to handle the work within the scope of HR functions: C&B; L&D, Employee relation, internal cultural activities, such as:
Employee lifecycle management (labor contract management, employee transfer, promotion/ demotion, salary adjustment, etc)
HR Budgeting
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor/manager
Employee Relations ...

Yêu cầu công việc

From 2 years working experience as HR generalist (prefer in IT company)
Excellent office computer skills (MS Excel)
Good Labor Law knowledge, HR practice, Labor code, Tax’s law, SHUI law
From 3 years recruitment/TA experience in a IT company
English or Japanese communication (a big plus only)
Ability to demonstrate a professional, confident, and ‘can do’ attitude.
Ability to handle multi- tasking under high pressure,
Honesty, integrity, carefulness
Female candidates born in 1992- 1998
Good at numerical and logical thinking
Excellent organization and time management skill
Ability to connect, motivate people, take the initiative in coordinating and deploying work.
