HR Executive/ Nhân Viên C&B - Bình Dương

Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of compensation, benefits, and employee relations policies in compliance with labor laws and company culture:

- Monitor employee attendance and leave records; reconcile with payroll for accuracy.
- Process personnel changes: promotions, resignations, transfers, and salary adjustments.
- Manage monthly payments for salaries, allowances, overtime (OT), bonuses, social/health/unemployment insurance (SHUI), personal income tax (PIT), and final settlements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Prepare and submit labor status reports to DOLISA and other authorities as required.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
- Coordinate with departments and legal advisors to resolve labor disputes and inspections.
- Handle employee relations: engagement activities, conflict resolution, complaints, and disciplinary actions.
- Track performance appraisals, contract renewals, and career progression updates.
- Manage PIT matters including tax codes, dependent registration, and annual finalization.
- Handle maternity and convalescence procedures with the Social Insurance Department.
- Oversee labor contracts, healthcare insurance, and related HR decisions.

Proficient in Excel
Detail- oriented and committed to confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and PIT regulations.
Good at English reading, writing
