HR Executive – Timekeeping & Payroll

Timekeeping
Work with other departments to check and correct any attendance issues
Manage daily employee attendance, including adjustments for leave, unpaid leave, holidays, compensatory leave, business trips, ...
HR Reports
Prepare reports on headcount, overtime, and job/salary changes when required
Payroll
Answer employee questions about attendance and salary
Calculate monthly payroll
Employee Benefits & Records
Handle personal income tax dependent registration
Support employee saving policy procedures (if any) and make related reports
Manage documents for maternity cases, promotions, and salary adjustments
Administration
Manage outgoing document numbers and keep scanned files properly
Prepare internal notices and announcements related to attendance and payroll
Other Tasks
Do other tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Yêu cầu công việc
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
Competitive salary
Creative, proactive, and positive attitude
Basic English communication and good computer skills are preferred
Experience working in a manufacturing company is preferred
Experience in timekeeping and payroll is required; ability to use ERP systems is a plus
