HR EXECUTIVE/HR SENIOR

§ Responsible for effective execution of recruitment plans to meet manpower needs in Operations.
§ Conduct market research to ensure the equity between company and labor market to attract, retain and educate talents.
§ Ensure to maintain a healthy, safe, and clean work environment
§ Build up and update company’s HR policies & procedures system to ensure the HR operation smoothly.
§ Develop a proper recruitment plan to attract and retain talents at optimum cost.
§ Be the key contact point of internal conflict and responsible in the solving solution.
§ Monitor the office expense: electric, rental, stationary…
§ Create and conduct projects to diversify the candidates and talent pools.
§ Identifies training and development initiatives required to meet business goals. Coordinates / conducts training classes as required.
§ Ensure daily HR activities compliance with company policies and compliance with labor law.
§ Maintain Master Data regarding personnel costs, FTE, Headcount ... Develop a template standard, ensure all information is consolidated for any requirement.
§ Prepared recruitment budget and monitor approved budget vs actual.
§ Prepare and monitoring the annual people cost.
§ Propose and conduct the internal activities to engage tightly the relations of employee and employer, employee and employee: YEP, Team building, newsletter….
§ Be key person of company culture to build-up and retain an efficient work atmosphere.
§ Be responsibility of monitoring office expense both in QN & HCM

§ Knowledge of Labour Code, HR fundamental practices
§ Good interpersonal/communication skills, planning & organizing skills
§ University Degree in HR Management, Social Study, Business Administration…
§ At least 2 years of experience in HR field, especially in working in foreign-invested companies.
§ Fluency in both verbal and written English and English
§ Service-minded and customer-focused
§ Good at MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet
