HR Exevutive ( L&D)

Learning & Development (70%):
- Prepare and/or maintain all kinds of training records and documents (attendance list, training materials, evaluation forms, survey forms, and so on) as per company policy.
- Perform assigned tasks related to L&D projects (Talent management, Learning Management System (LMS)).
- Assist implementation of mandatory training (compliance, promotion), soft skills and/ or leadership training programs according to the approved plan and budget.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation of new employees, new- hire survey report & analysis.
Other tasks (30%):
- Support various HR- GA activities/ tasks as assigned such as ensuring accurate maintenance HR files and reports, assisting coordination of company events, and so on.

3+ years’ experience in school admissions.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or a related field.
Resilient, proactive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Good communication skill (both verbal & written English & Vietnamese).
Analytical skills, able to interpret multiple data sets to identify trends.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Forms.
