HR & GA Executive

1. Building and standardizing the operating document system of the Company:
- Develop Process, Regulation, Authorization, Job description ...
- Establish salary and bonus mechanism for positions
2. Recruitment:
- Posting, filtering records, conducting interviews
- Develop a set of interview questions and tests for positions.
3. Training:
- Integration training for new employees
- Exploiting and organizing training classes according to the Company's training plan
- Standardize training process, training commitment and post-training evaluation.
4. Other personnel work:
- Internal communications
- Supervise the implementation of Rules, Regulations ... at the Company
- Review monthly labor contract of the employee, propose to sign an extension of the contract, evaluate the probationary results of the post-probation staff ...
5. Advise for the direct management of personnel-related matters
6. Other jobs as required by HR manager and BOM.

1. Knowledgeable of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law
2. Knowledge of human resource management
3. Proficient in office computing
4. Good writing skills, presentation skills and good communication.
5. Good command of English
6. Careful, fast, decisive
7. Graduated from University of the fields of Tourism Management, Business Administration, and Law
