HR & GA Manager

• Conducted employee relations including understanding and providing advice to the employee issues and taking necessary action on the disciplinary issue based on the labor and company regulation.
• To manage the overall system to have effective employee productivity and well performance.
• Implement overall HR&GA function by providing consultation on the area to set up the HR&GA system for new startup company including preparing company regulation, HR policies, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to meet the company goals.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment arrangement and ensuring all processes are conducted effectively based on lead time and match position requirements.
• Aligning HR&GA policies and systems with local Vietnamese regulation as well as company group policies.
• Arranging necessary to have proper new employee onboarding.
• Manage General Affairs scope include building maintenance, stationery, office equipment, and another supporting area in order to have a convenient working environment and facilities
• To ensure Compensation & Benefits, as well as Social Insurance implementation, are well implemented according to regulatory compliance.
• Manage and ensure Performance Management is conducted effectively based on company group guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reporting and keep connected with the group company by conducting necessary meetings.
• Maintain and manage expatriate work permits with providing proper arrangements.

• Having at least 3 years experience in HR&GA role as Manager or similar level.
• Open minded and have a positive attitude, always embrace the change with positive action
• Good knowledge of the Vietnamese Compensation & Benefit.
• Strong organizational thinking and team player
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to locate at Yen My, Hung Yen province.
• Advance computer and Microsoft office skills
• Deep understanding of the local Labor Laws and implementation. Knowing about safety regulations is an advantage.
• Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in Human resources or Psychology, another field may be welcome.
