*Job description
Recruitment:
1. Implement recruitment activities.
2. Monitor recruitment status to ensure achieving department KPI.
3. Deploy activities to attract talent.
4. Utilize job posting services.
Implement activities regarding employee relations.
Deploy activities to retain talent.
Coordinate with related department to make training plan.
Supervise HR operations to ensure in compliance with laws and regulations.
**Qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the same position especially for recruitment in Manufacturing Company (Size: >100 employees)
Education: Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting or related field
Language: Good command in English
Ages: 27- 35
Other requirements:
• Microsoft Skill: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Interviewing, logical thinking, analytical & communication skills
Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
