Recruitment

Manage full- cycle recruiting for middle- level positions and below, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals using either internal process or outsourcing vendor.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non- digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc…

C&B and Payroll Operations

Report and claim healthcare Insurance
Periodically make HR Report to Labor Department/ others state agencies
Participate in employee welfare projects
Employee document administration
Independent Register, PIT Code Register
Other ad- hoc tasks assigned by managers
SHUI, Trade Union Report, Monthly confrontation C12
Manage personnel data/filing system as well as maintain and keep HRIS updated.
Input all change/updated information into the HR Updated file that support for the HCM payroll
Follow up the expiry dates of the labor contract, prepare contracts
Payment Request application

Experience & Academic Qualifications

Minimum college’s degree. HR major is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar fields.

*Technical Experience

Well- understanding of Labor Law, HR Practice, social insurance laws, personal income tax and other related laws
Knowledge of warehouse organization and management is preferred

*Skills & Language

Pro- active, enthusiastic, hardworking and honest.
Strong C&B and Recruitment
Competent knowledge in Information Technology, especially of Microsoft (Excel skill is a must)
Good English communication & reporting skills
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a demanding and customer dynamic working environment
