HR Generalist (Korean Speaking)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist who will manage day- to- day human resources functions for LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. This role requires a deep understanding of both Vietnamese labor law and Korean corporate culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Korean and Vietnamese and has prior experience working in Korean or multinational environments.

Facilitate internal communication and employee relations to support a positive and compliant workplace culture
Collaborate closely with the HR team in Korea HQ and local management
Support expatriate employee onboarding, visa processing, housing and administrative arrangements
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and LG CNS’s corporate standards
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and exit interviews
Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes in collaboration with hiring managers and Korean stakeholders
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and organizational development programs
Prepare HR- related reports and analytics for management (both in English/Korean)
Translate and communicate HR documents between Vietnamese and Korean as needed

Proficiency in Korean language (advanced level – TOPIK 5 or above preferred)
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English
High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a multinational or Korean- owned company in Vietnam
Excellent interpersonal and cross- cultural skills
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
