HR Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment
• In charge of onboarding procedures for newcomers.
• Be responsible for press advertisement placement and recommendation for innovative and creative designs for the best results.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze the reasons for resignation.
• Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost- effective.
• In charge of searching for candidates for both Direct and Indirect workforce.
Training:
• Conduct the Orientation Training for newcomers.
• Manage and file training- related documents and records.
• In charge of searching for the appropriate training & development programs and activities.
• Coordinate and conduct annual training programs.
C&B:
• Calculate monthly payroll
• Make reports on Social Insurance, Labor
• Work with employees and the Accounting department on payroll- related issues
Administration tasks
• Support team members in other HR & Admin. tasks.
• In charge of the company&039;s daily meal registration and working with the catering supplier on it.
• Manage and file HR- related documents
• Work with Healthcare suppliers on monthly updates and assist employees with Healthcare Insurance claims
• Carry out other tasks and assignments as assigned by HR Manager.

Qualifications:
• Be proactive, careful, and detail- orientation.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in recruitment activities in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of English.
• Experienced in using Misa Amis HR management software is a plus
• University Graduated
• Good PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
