HR Intern

You will… 

Your primary responsibilities include: 

Recruitment Support (50%)

• Be an advocate for great candidate experience/journey at E2; 


• Screen and schedule interviews with candidates; 


• Support in the recruitment process (job posting online, searching for candidates, etc.); 


• Support in creating content for company branding on social media; 


• Support onboarding new employees; 


• Assist HR in submitting documents for work permits for expats.

Administration Support (40%) 

• Assist to file and draft employee contracts; 


• Support HR Team to record and update the Employee Master Database; 


• Support in PIT registration;


• Create materials for HR activities.

Upto 10% on projects and/or any other HR fields that you want to learn. 

You have… 

These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all: 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English; 


• Pursuing an HR career path; 


• Willingness to learn and open to feedback; 


• Patient, careful, proactive and detail-oriented.
