HR Intern (Data Entry)

We are looking for a young and dedicated HR Intern, who will take responsibility for the following:

Assist in routine administrative tasks if needed
Assist in management of employer branding’s social media platforms
Other tasks required by the Manager (research, translation, etc).
Assist with recruitment efforts including updating candidate databases, job posting, screen- call and new hire processes

Job Requirements

A fast learner
Candidates who can work 8 hours per day are preferred.
Trustworthy, careful, and organized
Students studying in University (prefer in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related major)
Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic
Good command of English (equal to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700)
Basic knowledge of MS Office and data programs
Has essential data entry skills, such as fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
