JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team leader.
Provide support in planning and executing internal communication activities and events
Enhancing the company&039;s employer branding initiatives across multiple channels.
Maintain and manage recruitment documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Publish job advertisements on the website and relevant recruitment channels.
Stay updated on communication trends to apply effectively in company activities.
Support in managing the company&039;s recruitment fan page to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Ideate and organize events and team- building activities to enhance employee engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Solid understanding of economics or equivalent professional experience, enhancing decision- making and task execution.
Commitment to long- term internship (minimum 3 months).
Highly meticulous, detail- oriented, and organized, with excellent memory and adaptability.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Proactive and quick approach to work, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00- 9:00 to 17:30- 18:30).
A flexitime allowance of 90- 180 minutes per month for employees.
