Objectives
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented HR Intern to support both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions. This role offers hands- on experience in end- to- end recruitment support, employer branding activities, and internal training coordination. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is ready to contribute to building a strong and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of recruitment and development initiatives.
Job Description
Talent Acquisition Executive (50%):
Define effective recruitment channel for attracting potential talent pool to optimize and foster recruitment efficiency
Manage career sites and make sure all vacancies are updated on time
Perform ad- hoc tasks assigned by line manager
Align with the Hiring Managers to identify recruitment needs: personnel needs, job duties, competencies, priority, ideal profile,…
Support to conduct full talent acquisition process and ensure quality assessment, candidate experience through posting, researching/hunting, profile screening, interviewing, as well as keeping updated with candidates and Hiring Manager to get jobs done
Learning and Development (50%):
Supporting other tasks when required
Operating learning policies and managing database
Recording and editing videos for online courses.
Developing learning contents (outlines, lesson plans)
Designing learning materials and media graphics (slides, guidelines, images, videos)
Supporting the operation of the E- learning system;
Joining in all stages of the learning process (needs analysis, implementation planning, and effectiveness evaluation).
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Lifelong Learner who is engaged in the “ongoing, voluntary, and self- motivated” pursuit of learning and development.
A commitment of a minimum of 24 hours per week at work onsite
Being well- organized and detail oriented.
Strong designing, editing videos and creating content
Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in required
Fresh graduate or 3/4th- year students, minimum part- time/full- time 3- month or 6- month internship
