Lead a best- practice, full- cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all candidates.
Enhance our employer brand to resonate strongly with professionals, optimizing effective sourcing channels.
Guide and collaborate with our TA (Talent Acquisition) specialist to achieve key hiring objectives.
Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent.
Effective Onboarding & Integration:
Design and continuously improve a welcoming and effective onboarding program that helps new hires smoothly integrate and quickly contribute to our team and company culture.
Development of People- Centric HR Systems & Processes:
Design, implement, and manage HR systems and processes (including performance management, compensation & benefits, career development paths, and learning opportunities) that are competitive, fair, and motivating for our
employees.
Work with our C&B (Compensation & Benefits) specialist to ensure our programs are compliant, attractive, and support employee well- being.
HR Team Empowerment & Development:
Manage, mentor, and develop our existing HR team members (currently TA and C&B specialists), fostering their professional growth.
Cultivate a collaborative, supportive, and high- performing HR team environment.
Employee Relations & Local Compliance:
Manage employee relations with fairness and empathy, maintain HR policies aligned with local legislation, and promote a safe, respectful, and positive workplace.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations, acting as a trusted advisor on such matters.
Nurturing a Vibrant Organizational Culture:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, connection, and overall satisfaction.
Champion and cultivate a positive, inclusive, and productive organizational culture within our operations, reflecting our company&039;s global values while celebrating local identity.
Strategic Management Support:
