The HR Manager is responsible for developing and managing HR strategies, policies, and operations to support business growth in the logistics industry. This role ensures effective talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and compliance with labor laws while building a strong and efficient workforce.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with line managers to define job requirements and hiring plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to foster effective collaboration and partnership.
Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Develop, execute, and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid business expansion.
Identify training needs and develop appropriate training programs for employees.
Manage the implementation of annual performance appraisal and salary increment exercises across the organization.
Maintain HR records, employee files, contracts, HR reports, and annual leave administration.
Support people development and foster a positive working culture by implementing practical employee engagement, training, and communication initiatives in coordination with line managers.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
Oversee compensation and payroll administration, including payroll processing, overtime, allowances, and bonuses, in compliance with labor regulations.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures in a progressive and competitive environment.
