• Strategic HR & Business Partnership
Support management in building a strong leadership and performance- driven culture.
Act as a strategic HR business partner to the General Manager, advising on workforce planning, organization structure, and people strategy.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals during factory setup and expansion phases.
• HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, factory regulations, and internal policies.
Build and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations from scratch.
Oversee all HR functions: recruitment, C&B, employee relations, performance management, training & development.
• Recruitment & Talent Development
Develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Benchmark HR practices against well- established Taiwanese/Korean garment factories in Vietnam.
Lead recruitment for key factory positions during ramp- up and operation stages.
• Employer Branding & Culture
Drive employee engagement, communication, and retention initiatives.
Establish company culture, core values, and internal communication framework.
Build TNB as an Employer of Choice in the region and in Vietnam.
• Administration & General Affairs
Oversee administrative functions including office/factory administration, logistics, security, canteen, dormitory (if any), and vendor management.
Manage HR & Admin budgets and cost control.
