HR Manager (Manufacturing Company- Bac Ninh)

Our client is an FDI big sized Electronics manufacturing company in Bac Ninh city (Bus provided)
- Employee relation: build the good/strong relationship with different departments, team and related authorities and give out appropriated solutions. Protect the employee’s compensations and benefit following the labor law, company’s policy. Supervise HSE, canteen and support in urgent case.
- Other tasks related to HR (Welfare, travel, training,...)
- Talent Acquisition: sourcing, arrange interview and select the suitable candidates. Co-operate with business leaders with engagement, develop, execute, build and sustain a company cultures adhering to Principles. Talent rotation/ development plans.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Organize and prepare timesheet, salary payroll, payroll slips monthly
- Revise company policies

- Good ability to communicate, coordinate, smart and good reaction, good logic thinking
- Setting up experience/ manufacturing field is preferred
- Strategic work relationship building/ Clients focus/ strong team work
- Growth mindset & result oriented and driving execution
- Good knowledge of business understanding and HR field
- Bachelor&039;s degree
- Min 7 years experience working in HR field
- Good at recruitment and C&B.
