We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner, shaping our people strategy and fostering a high- performance culture. The Opportunity
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Nurture and strengthen our company culture, developing initiatives that boost employee engagement and improve retention to create a positive and productive work environment.
Act as a strategic partner to our founders and CEO, providing expert guidance on people- related matters and helping to build a sustainable and scalable organization for the future.
Oversee HR operations and compliance while actively promoting a diverse and equitable workplace.
Oversee the entire talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns our people, culture, and talent initiatives with our overall business goals and future growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
Deep expertise in culture building, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2- 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
An empathetic leader with a strategic, proactive, and results- oriented mindset who thrives in a fast- paced, high- growth environment.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
