HR Manager

- Report to: MANAGING DIRECTOR
- Objective of the position: The main responsibility of the HR Manager is to develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
- Description of tasks (main / sub tasks):
1 Implementing and revising a company’s policies related to HR: compensation; performance evaluation; personal development, professional development, etc. in order that operational needs are met to achieve organization business goals.
4 Conducting new employee orientations and exit interview.
The tasks listed below do not limit the responsibilities of the position. Additional tasks can be assigned according to the actual business demand.
3 Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
2 Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budge.
5 Labor relations:
+ Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures;
+ Cooperate with management level and staff to maintan good, productive and fair working environment.
+ Handle labor complaints between employees and management and coordinate grievance procedures;
+ Employee relations counseling;
+ Draw up, negotiate, and administer labor contracts that cover issues such as grievances, wages, benefits, and union and management practices;
6 Overseeing, monitoring, training, evaluating team members; Manage and perform all matters related Recruitment & Selection, Manpower Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Employee Communications, Payroll & Productivity Management & People Management, Addressing legal issues.
7 Others:
+ Participating in meetings
+ Making report

Required qualifications for recruiting / relocation & evaluation; not to be signed:
*** Education:
• MBA/BA in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Business English, etc.
*** Experience (type):
• At least 10 years in HR field
*** Specific knowledge:
• Comprehensive knowledge in Vietnam law: labor, insurance, tax, oversea-employed staff management regulation, etc.
*** Other requirements:
• Hard working, persistent, highly trustworthy, accurate.
• Open to learn, adaptable and flexible.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, corporate policies, focusing on HR Polices, C&B, Performance Appraisal System and Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• People oriented and results driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
