The HR Manager leads the HR function by balancing strategic Talent Management, proactive HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and efficient HR Operations. This role focuses on driving organizational growth through talent excellence while maintaining a solid foundation of HR governance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management (Full- Cycle Journey)
Acquisition to Developmental Growth: Manage the full talent journey, from attracting top- tier candidates and strategic onboarding to fostering an environment of continuous learning and upward mobility.
Performance & Success: Drive, deploy KPI frameworks to evaluate performance effectively, identify high- potential talent, and build robust succession pipelines for critical leadership roles.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Strategic Consulting: Partner with leadership on organizational design and change management to align the human capital structure with business growth objectives.
Workforce Insights: Leverage employee assessments and HR metrics to drive proactive workforce planning, optimize talent placement, and improve long- term retention.
HR Operations & Administration
Engagement & Admin: Support internal engagement activities and oversee office administration to maintain a professional, safe, and productive working environment, boost employee morale, and enhance the overall employer brand
Operational Support: Supervise the maintenance of databases to ensure smooth daily operations, data integrity, and reporting efficiency.

Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 6+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or HRBP role.
Skills: Expertise in modern talent acquisition, performance systems, and local labor regulations.
Mindset: A strategic thinker with a results- oriented and "hands- on" leadership style.
