Position Overview – HR Manager
The HR Manager plays a key role in building, managing and optimizing SAGOMED’s overall people system, including:

This role directly contributes to building a high- performance organization and nurturing a corporate culture aligned with SAGOMED’s four core values: Quality – Innovation – Commitment – Results.
Key Objectives
Provide strategic HR advisory and support to the CEO and Leadership Team on people management
Create a positive, collaborative and growth- oriented work environment
Ensure timely and sufficient supply of high- quality talent for all departments
Build and operate a transparent, professional and scalable HR system
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Manage end- to- end recruitment for key positions (Sales, Product, Technical, Administration, Management, etc.)
Build and maintain a Talent Pool and recruitment analytics
Apply the Rule of 3 and SWAN framework throughout the hiring process
Ensure an excellent candidate experience and a consistent employer brand image
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
Develop and strengthen the company’s employer brand in line with its mission, core values and target culture
Learning & Development
Build competency frameworks and career development paths for each position; collaborate with Department Heads to annually restructure job roles based on objectives and employees’ strengths
Develop the company’s annual training plan and programs (internal and external)
Implement effective onboarding and offboarding programs
Work with Department Heads to design development programs for successor pipelines and core talent
HR Policies & Systems
Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax and internal regulations
Develop, review and standardize HR policies, SOPs and internal guidelines
Manage employee records, labor contracts, HR data and related documents
Manage KPI/OKR systems and performance appraisal processes
Oversee and operate office administration activities: digital office management, general administration and facilities management
Develop incentive schemes tied to objectives and team performance
Company Culture & Employee Engagement
Foster a positive, collaborative and high- performance work environment
Organize surveys, assessments and initiatives to enhance employee engagement; manage internal events and culture communications
Implement culture- building activities aligned with SAGOMED’s core values
Coordinate internal and external training programs for employees
HR Operations, Compliance & Risk Management
Plan and manage HR and administrative budgets, and optimize costs
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
Provide strategic HR advice to the CEO and Leadership Team

Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
Age 35- 50 yeas old.
Preferably with experience in fast- paced industries such as medical devices, healthcare, technology, IT, FMCG, and with extensive hands- on experience in recruitment, training, and culture- building based on modern HR management practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including 5+ years in roles such as HR Manager, Talent Development Manager, or equivalent people- development leadership positions.
Strong knowledge of modern HR practices, corporate culture development, competency frameworks, talent development, organizational development, and labor law.
MBA or professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, CHRM, Talent Development, etc.) are preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in English (reading – writing – speaking)
Strong leadership, communication and relationship- building skills
Excellent negotiation, coaching and problem- solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), HRM tools and AI applications
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
