The HMR position is responsible for planning, developing policies & procedures, leading & monitoring HR activities to ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s goals & objectives.
-Understands the company’s goals and strategy to oversee the workforce planning & implementation including recruiting, onboarding for new hires, retention, internal manpower transfer or layoff.
-Manages the administration of human resource activities including, but not limited to, employee relationship, employees grievances, labor disputes; voluntary or involuntary termination, disciplinary matters, performance management, promotion, compensation & benefits, recognition, training and development, maintaining records of transaction, in compliance with company's policies, legal requirement & buyer's standard.
-Assists the development of Human Resource policies and procedures in compliance with company's policies, legal requirement, disseminate through communications, meetings and/or training & oversights the implementation.
-Assists the planning of learning & development and oversight the implementation.
