A global food manufacturing company with head office based in HCMC is calling for applications for HR Manager.
About the HR Manager Role:
You will report directly to HR Director regional in Thailand. Your main responsibilities are managing and oversee HR function to ensure the business has the people and organisational capabilities to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR manpower planning, succession planning
- Manage organisation structures and roles: job evaluations; salary structure; salary market data, HR trends
- Talent performance
- Advise labour legal to management
- Manage compliance, disciplines management, update local legal regulations to staff
- Monthly payroll, social insurances contributions, final payment for terminations
- HR budget and forecast, recruitment and talent management
- Manage pre/on-board; off-board program
- Manage rewards & recognition program, manage employee survey
- Review & set up HR policies and procedures
- Support the greenfield project implementation
- Manage learning & development
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the General Director
- Manage PIT finalisation, PIT audits, Labour audits when required
To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

- Strong team and leadership skills
- Fluently in English and Vietnamese
- University or MBA graduated
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Energy, enthusiasm, self- motivation, assertiveness and emotional intelligence
- Minimum five years experiences in human resources management at multinational companies
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to be effective both strategically and at a hands-on, operational level
- Clear and concise communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business
