Receive recruitment requests and implement full- cycle hiring activities in accordance with service standards and timelines
Manage and update manning regularly; coordinate with departments on manpower planning.
Support internal communication initiatives and assist in organizing internal events.
Maintain a comprehensive candidate database and collaborate with external partners to ensure a strong talent pool.
Prepare Offer Letters and execute onboarding procedures for new hires.
Perform HR administrative tasks including locker management, documentation, and recruitment reports.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Support recruitment for casual/seasonal staff to meet operational demands.
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiations.

Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and high integrity.
Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience; hospitality experience preferred.
College/University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Cadena is an advantage
Strong communication, interviewing, and organizational skills.
