Reception Management
• Manage and supply PPE to guests
• Ensure to keep the receptionist counter well organized and order all the time.
• Welcome guest at high standard and professional customer service level
• Manage telephone systems, mails and meeting rooms
Administration
• Assist HRBP to arrange booking outside meeting room when needed.
• Order and handle the stationary inventory
• Ensure all office equipment (PC, printer, LCD projector, TV, etc.) are well maintained periodically or as needed.
• Manage all assigned G&A budget within approved margin, proactively give initiatives to improve the budget saving.
• Be accountable to initially verify all expenses related to courier service, air ticket, taxi charge
• Support for internal activities: meeting, training, birthday, 8/3,
• Arrange the company car booking for internal using based on Company policy including airport pick-up/transfer for visitors on time as planned and requested to minimize outside car rental. Verify the company car logbook frequently.
• Prepare Monthly reports for Postage, Stationary, Traveling, Taxi and Outside Meeting Booking by latest the 5th of each month to GA Executive.
• Support GA to overlook the cleanliness of the office premises followed 5S standards.
• Handle/ arrange overseas and domestic business travel.
• Manage admin services: canteen, shuttle bus, ink cartridge, photocopier, printers, taxi, cleaning service, gardening, uniform, employee identification card, drinkage, water purifier, snack for guests and employees, lockers, keys.

• Responsible for Helping hands activities in BDP
• Responsible for AIB, GMP, 5S, GEMBA
• Assist HRBP on other admin tasks/ reports or event organizing when needed.
HRBP Assistant
• Checked employees profiles and recorded related documents.
• Interview and make hiring decisions for contractor/Temps employees
Others
• Prepare HR Reports as assigned by HRBP Manager and submit as per timeline;
• Positively contribute to build up the Department and Company’s teamwork;
• Willing to do other job assignments as requested by HRBP Manager and the Company;
