OVERVIEW
As a HR Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across People & Culture (P&C) operations. You will be responsible for optimizing systems, processes, and vendor relationships while ensuring data integrity and risk control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about improving talent acquisition infrastructure and programs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
HRIS & Data Integrity: Oversee HR system data entry, accuracy, and security; ensure data quality and integrity, acting as an owner for HR systems.
Compliance & Audits: Monitor HR regulatory changes, conduct policy and compliance audits, and ensure procedures align with legal requirements.
Monitor and manage compliance- related activities within P&C operations.
Partner with Risk and Control teams to ensure GRACE items are addressed and documented.
Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively identify HR risks (turnover, data security, compliance gaps, employee relations issues) and develop strategies to control them, potentially using data analytics.
Determine appropriate workflows, documentation standards, and traceability methods.
Operational Support: Serve as an escalation point for complex HR inquiries, manage HR- related projects, and ensure timely execution of operational tasks.
Process & Controls Development: Design, implement, and maintain HR processes with strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with laws (labor, privacy) and best practices.
