Culturelligence is looking for ambitious, proactive, and growth- driven individuals to join our global remote team as Agile People Operations (HR)Interns. This opportunity is designed for students and recent graduates seeking practical exposure to People Operations (traditionally referred to as HR) practices, recruitment operations, employer branding, and cross- functional collaboration within an international work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Collaborate with global teams on operational and business projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership review
• Conduct research on Talent Management, and Agile People Operations practices
• Contribute to employer branding and social media engagement initiatives
• Support implementation of internal People Operations processes and workflow improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong interest in Agile People Operations, Talent Management, and organizational development
• Recent graduates interested in building a career in People Operations.
• Students pursuing a BBA, MBA, Master’s in HR, or related degrees.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast- paced remote environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Access to personal computer laptop and Internet
• Conversational English proficiency required
