HR Planning/HR Strategist - Lotte Properties Hanoi

Lotte Properties Hanoi- the investor of Lotte Shopping Mall West Lake Hanoi is looking for HR Planner/Strategist for Business Planning Department. This role involves forecasting HR needs, analyzing trends, and gather information of HR Activities policies and processes of all branches to come up with the most suitable strategies to apply for all branches to achieve company&039;s strategic goals.
Key Responsible:

Design and propose organizational development ideas and improvement to improve company&039;s business performance.
Other tasks as assigned by Team Leader.
Manage data and follow- up HR activities of all Lotte Shopping branches
Synthesize, analyze and evaluate HR activities of Lotte Shopping Branches and from that propose plan and policies that are suitable and make synchronization of HR processes for all branches.
Provide insights to support business decisions.

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, be honest, logical thinking.
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant major.
From 02 years of experience in Human Resources, be passionate with Planning & Development.
Proficient in English.
