Job brief
We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented HR Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team at Privé. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring statuses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates&039; information and recruitment activities in our HR database.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant documentation.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide necessary logistical support for recruitment events.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate pre- employment activities such as background checks and reference checks.
• Assist in the end- to- end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment- related materials.
