HR Services Operation Executive (9 months)

Job Description: The People Services Operation Executive ensures the effective administration of HR policies, procedures, and practices, contributing to a positive employee experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
HR Administration:

Be Tier 1 to manage and respond to HR- related inquiries/request and provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Oversee day- to- day HR operations, including employee records, HRIS data integrity, and benefits administration.
Process employee life cycle events such as onboarding, staff promotion, transferring, and offboarding.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for streamlining HR processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in collaboration with HR leadership.
Assist with the integration of HR systems and tools.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure HR process executions are in compliance with local law and company regulations.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required.
Assist with audits and compliance reviews.

HR Projects:

Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Support People team in special projects and tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience in SuccessFactors is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in speaking and writing English
Possess excellent customer service and good collaboration with other teams.
