HR Solution Consultant (Pre - Sale Consultant)

Job Description

Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Continuously and proactively learn (and be familiar) with the HRMS products and relevant services updates to ensure effective sales pitching and client services.
Shall serve as the subject matter expert of HRMS family suite and responsible for technical solutions.
Attend post implementation support activities as needed and provide expert resolution to issues or concerns raised by the customer/s.
Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
Conducting research study into the industry.
Liaising with those developing HRMS products/services to gain an in- depth knowledge that you can relate to clients – and to let them in on user behavior and/or any potential changes clients would like to make.
Provide support as needed to the sales team during the pre- sales phase until such a time a sale is won.
Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades ETC.
Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.
Helping the sales team to reach targets and support for sales pitching.

Requirement

Possess presentation skills and problem- solving ability, and negotiation skills.
Previous experience working within a technical presales position would be a strong advantage.
An ability to communicate technical information to non- technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
Must be fluent in English & Vietnamese communication.
Must be a subject matter expert with HR software system experience.

Package

13th month salary
Minimum 12 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation

Office hours: Monday- Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday.
