HR Specialist

• Review and revise HR policies and procedures to reflect updated legal requirements and company practices.
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, campus recruitment, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Other HR duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Facilitate a yearly performance appraisal.
• Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records.
• Manage monthly payroll processing.

• Detail- oriented, well- organized and able to multi- task in a fast- paced environment
• a bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company professionally at recruitment events.
• Good in English or Chinese.
• At least 2 years of experience in campus recruitment or related HR roles.
