HR Specialist Haba Services (HK) LTD

• Working permit and Visa: local support for expatirates from overseas
• Payroll service: Tracking leaves, delivery pay slip etc
• Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires by coordinating orientation, training, and necessary paperwork. Handle offboarding processes when employees leave the company.
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with all the managers to identify skill requirements.
• HR Data and Reporting: Maintain HR data and generate reports related to workforce metrics, turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other relevant analytics.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up- to- date, compliant with labor laws, and consistent with company- wide HR policies.

• Proficient in MS Office
• Top tier business school graduate (Masters in Human Resource Management is plus)
• 3+ years of in multi- national company or start- up company is a plus
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Be hard- working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action
• In- depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• People oriented and results driven
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work with an organization at different stages of growth
