HR Specialist

Recruitment (70%)

• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies;
• Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees;
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience;
• Ensure employees understand company core values, policy and comply with them;
• Create and present recruiting KPI reports;

C&B (20%)

• Compute monthly payroll, PIT, staff allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies;
• Prepare labour contract and follow up contract extension, probation end;
• Record, update and maintain staff database, leave database and other HR admin databases;

Other task (10%)

• Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts;
• Plan and organize internal events;
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the BOD.

• Good attitude;
• At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience;
• Good command of English;
• Clear and cheerful voice;
• Highly organized and detail oriented;
• Takes initiative to implement necessary changes;
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel).
