10 months temporary contract for Training & Recruitment position. After that will be transfered to Administrator & Receptionist as permanent.
***Traning & Recruitment: Recruit the qualified and the right persons for vacant positions on time, Build a source of potential and spare candidates for future employment. Manage the training activities for all staff. The ultimate goal is to successfully build SITV a learning organization.
Training:
Arrange the time, facilities, schedule for the set training course.
Design and deliver the master training program. Develop the tests and visual aids, conduct training classes, develop criteria for evaluating, measure effectiveness after training activities.
Conduct the Training Feedback after the training courses.
Closely monitor and deploy the set annual Master Training plan as scheduled.
Recruitment:
Conduct the pre-recruitment health examination for all successful candidates (if any).
Providing statistical data of: applications, interviewees, successful candidates etc. and preparing periodical recruitment report.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Diversify the sources of candidates and finding out candidates and/or potential candidates.
Conduct HR Orientation and coordinate with HSE to conduct safety training for Newcomer.
Prepare the Annual Recruitment Plan based on the set Headcount Budget.
Preparing recruitment wording and having it posted on the most effective and cost-saving media including internal advertisement.
Conduct recruitment process based on employment requisitions: searching applications, screening applications & CVs, arranging interviewing schedule, conducting first round interview (if any), conduct reference check and preparing & sending job offer letters refusal letter to candidates.
Support Newcomer in probation period and handling probation evaluation followed the set procedure.
Monitor the Recruitment Plan and follow up the recruitment budget.
Make Staff card and issuing for all Newcomers.
***Administrator cum Receptionist:
Admin Job:
- Manage the cleaning service vendor, ensure the tidiness at all places within the company either in office building or at the port side.
- Regularly check and manage the electric and water usage, save cost by controlling the proper usage of electric and water in Admin buildings area.
- Provide the effective logistic support for Company’s events, activities;
- Monitor the Canteen service and food serving for Company Staff follow the set policies; uphold and improve the quality of canteen service, handle all issues related to Canteen vendor and Canteen Committee.
- Monitor the transportation of Admin cars, shuttle buses with effective transportation cost.
- Monitor all the Sim cards, mobile phones, Taxi cards.
- Control stationery, well manage by following the stationary and uniform norm.
- Make the monthly, annually report about administrative work when required.
- Other tasks as required by HR Supervisor.
Receptionist:
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Control meeting room booking and the air-con system in main office building.
- Arrange meeting room and other logistics for meeting requirement.
- Greeting customer, supplier, and visitor as Company standard.
- Handle incoming and/or outgoing phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing Correspondence follow the set procedure.
