HR Staff

C&B work (50%)
- Calculate salary/Bonus
- Be in charge of PIT
- Be in charge of insurance procedure.
- Supervise monthly attendance
- Conduct and analyze monthly/yearly salary/bonus.
Recruitment (40%).
- Others
- Receive recruitment requests
- Screen resumes, 1st interview by phone with candidates
- Arrange interviews and take care of candidates until the recruitment process is completed
- Post jobs on internal channels and propose recruitment options to Team leader (TL)
Others (10%)
- Others assigned by Team leader
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Solve labor relation

REQUIREMENT:
- Strong time management skill
- Excellent Autocad/ Cad & Solidwork
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Good communication skill in Korean or English
- Have at least 2 years experienced in Human resource
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Have open mind and service mind
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Excellent MS OFFICE skill
- Bachelor degree in Human resource management, Law, Business…
