Mô tả công việc

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR- related matters, including policies, procedures, and best practices.
Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and workplace safety.
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company.
Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee records maintenance.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the company&039;s staffing needs.
Process work permits and visas for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee overall HR function including talent acquisition, HR operations, work permits, and employee relations, etc. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail- oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Other tasks are assigned by Line manager.
Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Handle employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Good attention to detail with capability to multi- task and prioritise
Good verbal & written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good Analytical skills & problem solving skill
Have customer mindset and attitude
Proactive nature, highly organized
Able to work with sensitive/confidential information and maintain/protect integrity of the Human Resources department
University graduate, major in HR or relevant field
Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick adapt person
At least 5 years of experience in HR field
