Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Work closely with department managers to identify the suitability of candidates.
Coordinate recruitment activities such as monthly orientation, training sessions and workshops.
Play a business partnership role in driving end- to- end recruitment process for non- managerial level of the assigned portfolio including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer proposal and conducting reference check.
Liaise with external recruiters on recruitment strategies.
Employee Engagement
Provide professional advice on team members enquiries such as company policies, culture and value.
Be the social committee member in local office and work with cross functional team to plan and organize company- wide activities such as annual dinner, wellness activities, team building to enhance employee relations and engagement.
Provide guidance and support to new team members to well adapt to company culture.
Performance Management
Partner with People & Capability Manager to handle team member issues.
Support People & Capability Manager to facilitate the annual performance review program by ensuring all the review are completed according to agreed timeline and participate in team member performance improvement plan.
P&C Operation Suppo
Support C&B team on payroll and other C&B- related administration task.
Office Administration Support
Work with internal and external stakeholder on supporting local office administration.
Job Requirement
Experience in Indonesia, and Cambodia payroll will be an advantage.
Collaborate with regional teams on HR practice consistency and alignment.
Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives.
Relevant experience in a sizable or multinational organisation.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage full spectrum of HR functions (including talent acquisition, employee engagement, business partnering).
Manage employee performance issues.
Manage general office administrative functions.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.
