HR Team Leader

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Address grievances and violations and take disciplinary action when required.
Develop corporate plans for HR matters like compensation, benefits, and health and safety.
Support and improve the recruitment process and organize learning and development programs.
Plan and develop strategic HR plans to enhance HR competencies while complying with labor regulations.
Cultivate a positive, energetic, and professional working environment.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
Align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business strategy.
Manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
Recruit, train, motivate, and retain manpower according to the manpower plan.
Handle staff issues while adhering to prescribed standards.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.

University degree in human resources or related fields.
Excellent writing and reporting skills.
Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills.
Fluent in English.
Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Solid understanding of labor legislation.
BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant certification preferred.
Advanced skills in MS Office and creative design.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager.
