HR Team Leader

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (C&B) – 70%

Oversee and execute monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
Maintain and update compensation and benefit records, including tracking of benefit budgets.
Forecast and propose improvements to benefit programs to support employee satisfaction and retention.
Administer Social Insurance (SI): enrollment, adjustment, claims, and finalization upon exit.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal payroll- related policies.
Manage Personal Income Tax (PIT): registration, monthly reports, annual finalization, and dependent declarations.

HR Operations & Strategic Support – 30%

Prepare, review, and manage labor contracts and other C&B- related documents.
Rolling out strategic HR initiatives (e.g. policy updates, HRIS development, engagement programs).
Participate in recruitment process (if needed): screening, interview coordination, onboarding support.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure full compliance and positive employee experience.
Supervise and guide junior HR team members on administrative processes and compliance standards.

Office Admin Support

Assist in tracking office supplies, uniforms, assets, and operational costs.
Oversee contracts related to facilities and services (e.g. office lease, cleaning, security).

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge & practical experience in labor regulations, including Social Insurance Law,
Proficient in Excel.
English: Intermediate level (work directly with expat)

Adaptability & problem- solving mindset.
Detail- oriented & highly focused.
At least 2 years of experience in C&B.
Minimum 5 years in a similar role, strong in C&B pillar.
Personal Income Tax Law, and Trade Union Law.
A strong "Can- Do" attitude.
Hardworking, able to work under pressure.
