HR Trainee

•Location: Olam HCM Office, District 1, Ho chi Minh city
•Working time: from Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
•Report to Talent Acquisition Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Olam Vietnam are now seeking fresh graduated students to join our HR Team as the HR TRAINEE. You would responsible for:
•Participating/conducting in the collection of information for the monthly/quarterly/ annual reports
•Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
•Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
•Directly recruit for junior job order by hiring managers.
•Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
•Maintain contents country wed page, make become a familiar communication channel to all Viet Nam employees to improve employer branding.
•Participate in organizing company events and careers days, factory visits
•Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
•Supports the implementation of on-boarding and off-boarding process
•Ad- hoc tasks

EDUCATION/ACADEMIC
Degree in business, human resource management, psychology Bachelor or any other related field
LANGUAGE/COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
Good command of English / good at excel , words
TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Teamwork player, relationship building, and coordinative skills; must be able to work with diverse team members across locations.
Confidence and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
