Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and recommend reasonable changes based on business conditions and search for suitable talent for the respective departments.
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs efficiently as per the approved workforce plan.
Propose and lead restructuring initiatives in departments to optimize resources and address the latest market trends in human resources, applying innovative approaches to workforce planning for respective departments.
Training and Performance Management (30%)
Directly participate in interviewing for department head positions and above, providing detailed assessments as a reliable reference for leadership.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
Work with department heads to create detailed Job Descriptions (JD) following market practices for all positions within the respective departments; communicate the JD content accurately to HR partners and stakeholders to ensure the right candidates are recruited.
Recruitment and Succession Planning (50%)
Collaborate with business departments to identify staffing needs and develop appropriate recruitment, training, and talent development programs.
Participate in building the company&039;s performance management system, from goal setting and evaluation criteria to designing assessment processes and tools.
Develop training and development roadmaps combined with succession planning for respective departments, ensuring a safe succession rate for key positions.
Participate in the enterprise&039;s strategic planning process, providing input on HR- related issues.
Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities, identifying skill gaps and developing succession plans to support organizational growth.
Strategic Consulting (20%)
Collaborate with internal HR teams to design and deliver comprehensive HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements:
Strategic mindset with a hands- on approach to problem- solving and decision- making.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role, with a strong focus on supporting commercial functions (sales, marketing, etc.).
Experience managing HR initiatives for a workforce of at least 200 FTEs.
10- 15 years of progressive HR experience in fast- paced industries such as retail, insurance, or similar sectors.
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior executives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex situations effectively.
