JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with HR functions to deploy activities of recruitment, L&D, performance management and engagement at branch to meet the target of development and retention of the team.
Monitor and analyse turn- over situation, plan and implement initiatives to retain talents.
Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, discipline matters
Manage, analyse and optimize the operational costs of people to drive business effective P&L.
Involve in common HR projects, upon assignment, aiming at the development of HR service quality and efficiency: KPI, Job grading...
Study and observe the business operation at branch to detect and collaborate with HR functions to propose solutions/programs to fix gaps between HR and business operation, not limit to monitoring and reporting on employee performance, talent development (workforce plan, identify key talents for development), organization structure.
Evaluate quality and productivity of workforce, propose strategic initiatives accordingly.
Consult management team to review and propose ideas to make it an effective organizational structure.
Consult with HR head/Department heads to provide HR guidance and practices at plant.
Develop and sustain leadership qualities to be aligned with company’s expectations and directions.
Assist in defining the strategy to enhance the employee relations, engagement and communication within branch, in line with the company values, as well as quality expectations;
Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and the staff in general
Define and standardize sufficiency competencies framework for management and staffs to align with organizational business growth goals.
Analyze trends and metrics to suggest new HR ideas and plans to develop team and support business operation
Engages with all stakeholders as a front- line HR to consult people leaders and employees.
Perform surveys / analysis and define action plans, initiatives to improve employee engagement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, proactive with ability to engage people.
Strong consulting and coaching skills with business partnering capability international presence.
Strong relationship management and comfortable in dealing with business leaders.
Have at least 8+ years of HR general, HR business partnering experience in a manufacturing, or FMCG environment with international exposure.
Able to communicate well in English to key stakeholders outside of country.
Ability to translate business strategies into people implications and resulting HR strategies and tactics.A successful track record in Talent Development or Talent Acquisition and solutions with measurable business impacts.
Have good knowledge of local country compliance and government regulatory.
