Key Accountabilities:
Recruitment:
Share best practice and consult Sales Team in DCR attraction & retention.
Build a strong sourcing database for recruitment to enable provide right & qualified candidates to Line Manager within agreed time frame.
Build strong rapport with all interviewed candidates during & after the interview. Show care to new hired and follow up their on-boarding program until end of probation.
Build network in FMCG to know talent mapping & understand the market practice and people reference.
Talent Management:
Coordinate with TM to run core talent processes (people planning, performance management, PIP, learning & development, OHS, PEPL, PEPLFL), talent initiatives/ programs to build high-performing Sales as well as HRBP Sales Team.
Coach and support Sales talents on career, work/life, conflict issues to develop and grow in PepsiCo.
Support Sales Associates career development through providing PepsiCo framework and tools, competencies, etc.
Coordinate with Sales Capability to build Sales Competency matrix, Sales qualification assessment, and Sales Training Development program to update Sales performance, focused on DR level up.
Consul Function Heads & Line Managers in proposing a Training Needs for their Team and departments which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives.
Share with Talent & OD Team to ensure most of the training needs of your partnered functions are delivered in the Company?s Training plan.
? Follow up in post training evaluation and development to decided in core people movement decisions.
HR Operations:
Support day-to-day HR operations to execute employee lifecycle processes, seek continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiencies.
Coordinate with HR Operations to manage Sales Office effectively within approved budget for office management.
Support HR Operations to organize regular staff activities at Sales Offices at high satisfaction from Sales Team.
Business partnership:
Act as trusted advisor to management on issues of talent management, change management, organization change/restructuring, employee relations.
Build sustainable partnership with all TDMs & middle Sales Managers to be their top of mind of HR contacts for all lifecycle matters.
Regularly go to market visit with Sales to learn insight and propose initiatives to support Sales faster & better.
Total Rewards:
Participate in payroll process and ensure to comply with all requirement from TR.
Generate business insights and propose rewards & recognition scheme for Sales Team.
Develop innovative initiatives to recognize Sales Team and keep them high motivated.
Engagement & Culture:
Develop and activate capability, engagement and culture-building initiatives to build employee engagement & fun culture.
Manage and control employee-related costs to meet business target.
Lead OHS review and action planning.
On behalf of HR Department to show & live Care for Associates & families in key moments of life (e.g. wedding, condolence, baby birth, in-patient visit, etc.)
Other Requests:
Is willing to do more and learn more upon business requests to support our Associates & stakeholders.
Play acting role to replace HR Director in business reviews with Sales when applicable.
