THE OPPORTUNITY
- HR Department at VinUniversity is looking for the entrepreneurial- minded HRBP Officers who is passionate about HR career in a fast- changing international higher education environment.
- The HRBP Officer will report to the Director of Human Resources and will work as a business partner for all HR related matters including recruitment, learning, compensation and benefits, employee relations…. You will work closely with our leaders, to support them in various management situations, as well as develop and implement HR processes and policies whilst ensuring, the effective delivery of an excellent, customer- focused HR service to the Colleges.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support onboarding for the above target group (visa, accommodation, air tickets, insurance, welcome and support while working in Vietnam, orientation, Hanoi tour, VinUni campus tour...).
- HR reporting and administration.
- Communicate and implement a range of HR initiatives relating to recruiting, compensation & benefits, internal communications, … of the College.
- Assist with related HR matters.
- Proceed contracts, complete payments/taxes/documents for the above target group.
- Handle employee relations issues, employee retention issues and propose solutions.
- Support in recruiting adjunct faculty/visiting faculty/industry expert/distinguished professors/teaching assistants… of the College.
- Manage adjunct faculty list, adjunct budget, personnel issues related to adjunct.
COMPENSATION

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- 05 years of HR experience or equivalent in a sophisticated diverse environment.
- Graduate from a prestige university in HRM, Business or related field.
- Critical competencies needed: Cultural sensitivity, Communication, Critical thinking, Achievement oriented,- Adaptability, Digital literacy, Discipline and Resilience.
- Knowledge of labor code and work permit/visa for foreign employees is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
