JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leverage internally developed tools such as HR management and operational systems to improve the efficiency of HR operations.
Optimize the organizational structure to ensure efficient and agile operations in a continuously evolving technological landscape.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Provide strategic HR consulting to support sustainable growth and enhance the capability of the workforce.
Drive organizational development by enhancing human resources, processes, and structures to align with the company’s business strategy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Over 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years as an HRD in the IT industry (mandatory).
Proven achievements in reshaping and developing HR structures and talent management policies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in organizational development.
Required Competencies:
Proficient in English communication.
Agile and innovative mindset aligned with the company’s culture.
In- depth knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR models.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with government agencies, labor unions, and board of directors.
