HRIS Specialist _ Hai Phong

- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations.
- Design and implement policies and procedures for effective data management and security.
- Lead the HRIS team in managing system upgrades, integrations, and new implementation.
- Develop and deliver training programs for HRIS end- users.
- Coordinate with IT and users to identify improvement areas, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions.
- Oversee the daily operation of HR Information Systems, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align HRIS with business processes and strategies.
- Manage HRIS projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS vendors and third- party service providers.
- Generate and analyze reports to inform decision- making and support HR initiatives.

- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in data privacy and employment regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS and database management.
- Good English or Chinese.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Human resources, Information technology, or related field.
- In- depth understanding of HR processes and data.
