HSE Assistant Manager

Develop & perform HSE inspections and audits program; prepare relevant reports for unsafe condition/act determination and follow up action plans and corrective actions.
Develop & conduct periodic Hazard Analysis and Risks Assessments program; Incidents and Accidents Investigation (if any) and recommend prevention awareness programs accordingly.
Develop, promote and maintain a clean, safe and well- organized working environment culture for all employees.
Ensure all regulatory documentation, procedure and records are maintained and reported. Build up and update new procedures if any.
Develop & implementing environmental programs such as waste management, air emission, waste water treatment solutions.
Develop & conduct Occupational Hygiene (OH) and environmental monitoring, inspection and assessment of workplace and activities for existing or new installation and processes.
Conduct periodic Fire drill with Police & Industrial park management
Ensure fire safety regulations are complied. Control the fire protection system to operate effectively; Full fire protection equipment.
Establish HSE policy, procedure and records to ensure HSE Management System is maintained.
Build and maintain HSE training plan.
Identifying HSE objectives and targets for company
Training the necessary HSE standards to ensure the environmental, health and safety of site personnel, visitors and contractors are complying with company standard and law required.
Develop and maintain HSE Management System at factory.
Monitor and plan machinery equipment safety inspection with strict occupational safety requirements.
Work closely with other departments to ensure continual improvement and compliance in HSE activities
Ensure company’s compliance to applicable environmental, occupational health and safety laws/regulations and other requirements
Carry out orientation for new employees and refresh training for current employees on Safety, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment according to Law and internal requirement.
Develop PPEs matrix; participate in reviewing & control PPEs; suggest for improvement if any.

· Min 2- 3 years HSE Manager experience in the manufacturing industry or similar environment
· Be skilled and knowledgeable in hazard and exposure identification, auditing and inspections; conducting Environmental, Health & Safety training and related report for authorities.
· Have a solid working knowledge of local regulatory compliance requirements.
· Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Well- organized, Time – Management and Problem Solving.
· Bachelor’s Degree of Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
· Proficiency in English.
· Able to work independently and be proactive at work.
· Good training and presentation skills.
